Our eco-friendly initiatives include:

• Minimal or no use of plastic in the structure
• Use of bio and low-impact marine products for personal hygiene (shampoo, soap), with dispensers to limit plastic consumption
• Encouragement to use the linen and bath towel changing service only on the basis of real needs
• Encouragement to use water intelligently to minimise waste
• Renovation work carried out in respect of the original structure (and surrounding land, including tuff)
• Restoration and reuse of original furniture
• Agreements with electric bike rentals
• Use of natural and non-toxic products for garden care and house cleaning
• Waste separation
• Glass doors to minimise the need for lights in the room during the day
• Porches and shaded areas to minimise the use of air conditioning
• Installation of artificial intelligence software underway, for the intelligent and automatic management of some systems, managed via APP, in order to reduce energy consumption (air conditioning/lighting systems)
• Commitment to reinvest profits over the next five years to improve the energy efficiency of the structure, including the installation of solar panels
• Support for local resources and small producers
